Deposits & Payments

Initial deposits and consultation fees are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced.

Due to the personalized nature of interior design services, completed work, concepts, renderings, and design materials are non-refundable.

Clients may request project cancellation in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of project completion and resources already allocated.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and processed within a reasonable timeframe when approved.
